What is the Payment process?
Lets go through the payment structure when you are one of our client.
We quote on an hourly basis of work. Within your quote we will provide an hourly rate and then also any additional costs that may be there with an estimation of upkeep costs for the website. It will then be up to you how the invoices are provided:
Pay as one:
When we get to the final meeting of the building of the project, you will be given the invoice then as a whole. This will be a one time payment and can be sorted as one.
Pay in parts:
As we do quotes through hours of work it means that if there is a maximum that you want each invoice to total to make it easier to digest, then we can accommodate this.
After the final meeting support doesn't just stop there, we understand that there are changes still to be made and upkeep that needs to be tracked. That is why we offer a monthly subscription to lift the weight off of you as busy worker, and instead gives us the admin.
7 Days A Week Availabilty
Any queries that you have, can be answered 7 days a week. we will always be there to support you.
Discounts
As a monthly client of Unearthed Web Design, you will be provided a 10% discount on any further invoices.
Maintenance
Continuously check and update the website and maintain the upkeep of the website, which is not included in the free 2 hours of work.
2 Hours Free Work
Any direct edits made on the website will de discounted with 2 hours free every month, with any further hours invoiced with the 10% discount.
Analytical Reports
Look back at the recent month to see how you were performing and to be able to continue to grow. Analytics will be sent via email each month.
Priority Response
Even though we have 7 day repsonse guaranteed, priority repsonse will ensure that the work is completed as soon as we get the email.
